Castle Subaru of Portage delivered warm blankets and messages of encouragement to patients receiving cancer treatment at Powers Health Cancer Care Center in Hobart.
On July 14, 2026, Castle Subaru of Portage donated warm blankets to patients receiving cancer treatment at Powers Health Cancer Care Center in Hobart, Indiana. The donation was made through the Subaru Loves to Care® initiative, which brings Subaru retailers and local healthcare organizations together to support patients in their communities.
Members of the Castle Subaru of Portage team personally delivered the blankets to the cancer care center. Each one was intended to provide warmth, comfort, and a reminder that patients have the support of people throughout their community.
Bringing Comfort to Patients in Hobart
The delivery gave the Castle Subaru of Portage team an opportunity to meet members of the Powers Health staff and recognize the important care they provide to patients throughout Northwest Indiana.
